June 23, 2020 | 10:00 am 2:00 pm
Kissamos, Chania, Greece

Nature in full power. Have you ever seen the chestnut bloom?

We will first walk Sirikari gorge, with its vertical cliffs and griffon vultures.

Then we will finish into the chestnut woods. Along the river bed, water streaming, cool shade, life buzzing, diverse vegetation: a powerful display of life.

We will walk for 2-3 hours, first on the gorge trail then on remote narrow roads, going slightly uphill. We will have some breaks along the walk to properly take in the colours, the scents, the bird songs.

Tuesday 23rd June, 10am. Meet in Kissamos. You can also take the bus from Chania towards Kissamos and we will pick you up from the bus stop.

The excursion is 25€/person, including transport from Kissamos. Discount for returning customers.
