Exploring the South coast of Crete by sea kayak

A clear, sunny day in early April we went out with the sea kayaks on the sheltered side of the island.

We set off from a tiny beach near Paleochora and went exploring the rocky coastline.

We had some fun navigating through the rocks, finding the blue lagoons, admiring Elafonissi in the distance, checking out the sandy beaches in Kedrodassos bay.

Then on the way back we took a break on the surprisingly well hidden cove in Viena, went for a swim in the crystal waters and felt cool and free.

The spring is here, the adventures are on.
