Revisit an old favourite with us – the wonderful gorge of Deliana.
Rocky riverbed path, soaring cliffs, goats showing the way as vultures fly overhead.
The walk will be about 3 hours long. The terrain in the gorge can be rough in places, varying between concrete road, dirt roads and riverbed paths. We walk up to the church at the end of the gorge and back to the village of Deliana incorporating a stop at the Byzantine church of John the Baptist.
We will stay for lunch in Deliana village after the walk, before returning to Kissamos.
Saturday 31st October, start time 10am.
Transport from Kissamos available (earlier start), you can also meet us directly in Deliana.
